SC Consulting is led by Soheila Comninos, an expert in human rights practice and strategic philanthropy.

Soheila brings more than two decades of global experience. She led humanitarian programs with the International Committee of the Red Cross in Darfur, Iraq, Libya, and Central Africa, protecting and assisting conflict-affected people. At the Open Society Foundations, she shaped philanthropic strategies, managed global grant portfolios, and built funder collaboratives and civil society coalitions to advance human rights, justice, and democratic governance. Most recently, she has led research and co-designed multi-stakeholder initiatives on global democracy with the SNF Agora Institute, contributing to new ideas and collaborations for democratic renewal.

Her multicultural background, multilingual skills, and cross-sector experience enable her to build trust and operate effectively across regions, cultures, and institutions.
